All guests have FREE access to the YMCA gym facilities.
At the YMCA they are a well equipped, easy going gym that prides itself on its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. There is a variety of high quality ‘Technogym’ cardio machines to cater for all your cardio needs and a fully equipped weights room for resistance exercises. Along with a Sauna, group fitness classes and excellent shower and changing facilities we are sure you will have a very enjoyable and beneficial experience at YMCA gym.

Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 7:30am – 2:00pm
Sunday 8:00am – 2:00pm
